Blue Green and Single Origin Pure Wulong Teas
From a range of green teas which are not oxidised and black teas which are highly oxidised, the Oolong or Wulong tea family, called blue green, develops subtle aromatic notes. Some are roasted to mature and age much like a great vintage. Rich and varied depending on their degree of oxidisation, but also on their time of harvest, blue green teas are floral and fruity in autumn and more vegetal in the spring.
