For the end of the year, Verlet and Christophe Louie combine their expertise in a unique creation: Panettone Café & Epices.

Inspired by his emblematic recipe for panettone made with natural sourdough, Christophe Louie, an undisputed master of the art, offers here a version based on coffee.

The two craft houses have chosen a pure Ethiopian Moka Guji, with subtle honey and spice notes, to sublimate this Christmas creation.
