Inspired by the Chinese name Bai Mu Dan which means white peony because of its large leaves reminiscent of dried peony petals, this white tea is harvested by hand in the mountainous region of Lai Chau in northern Vietnam.
It blossoms with woody and fruity notes while remaining velvety.
