Originating from Hunan Province, this pearl-shaped tea, nicknamed gunpowder by the English because of its shape, is a great Chinese classic that has conquered the Maghreb and Sub-Saharan Africa for the preparation of mint green tea. It reveals vegetal, toasted notes on a tangy and slightly astringent base.
