Grown on terraces on the arid slopes of the Khalawni Mountains, this rare Moka draws its uniqueness from a dry and sunny climate, without shade or irrigation. Only the morning dews of the high altitude soothe the earth. This sun-drenched coffee, hand-picked and naturally dried under the rays, reveals an intense cup with buttery, spicy, and deeply warming notes. A sovereign Arabica, reflecting a raw and untamed terroir.
